Feeding a crowd just got easier! These sheet pan sandwiches are stuffed with corned beef, pastrami, sauerkraut and ooey-gooey Swiss cheese.

½ c. drained well and tightly packed That’s Smart! sauerkraut | ||
8 oz. thinly sliced Di Lusso choice corned beef | ||
4 oz. thinly sliced Di Lusso choice pastrami | ||
Hy-Vee everything bagel seasoning, for garnish | ||
That’s Smart! Thousand Island salad dressing, for serving |

- Spreader or butter knife
- Sharp knife or pizza cutter
Directions
Unroll 1 can of pizza dough in prepared pan. Spread and press dough to edges of pan. Spread evenly with mustard to within ¼ in. of edges. Layer evenly with 10 half-slices Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, pastrami and remaining 10 half-slices Swiss cheese.
Unroll remaining 1 can of pizza dough on a flat surface. Spread and press dough into a 16X12 rectangle; place on top of layers in baking pan and pinch edges together to seal. Lightly spray with cooking spray; sprinkle lightly with bagel seasoning, if desired
Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool for 5 minutes.
Cut into 16 triangles; serve with Thousand Island dressing, if desired.
